- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I spent a lot of time going around different showrooms and because of the free white goods sale decided on TB. This I knew would be my last kitchen and SHOULD HAVE LASTED.
Within a very short period of time a spring in a cupboard snapped and I was accused of opening it too much.
I hadnt paid the bill immediately as they had not fully completed it and received a demand which unfortunately for TB showed the true cost of the kitchen - a lot less PLUS the cost of the white goods which showed a bit of dishonesty there.
Then the laminate started to peel off and I eventually returned to the shop I was informed it was a bad batch but when push came to shove I was told I had left it too long (reason for this I had a stroke and it was way down my priorities) and they would do nothing unless I paid. Obviously this is worse but I go to great pains to tell everyone what all the faults are and who did the kitchen.
